About Finglebone
finglebone aka Adam Varney was born in 1979 in Salisbury UK. He started playing guitar at the age of 12 and was writing songs as soon as he learnt simple chords and scales. Over the years he developed a wider musical taste thanks to the influence of friends and began to experiment with basic recording techniques involving two tape cassette recorders. The often warped effect of continuously re-recorded tapes gave finglebone a homemade/lo-fi sound and gave his music a crackle and distinct sound.
