About Fake Nails
'Fake Nails' are a Portland, OR based pop trio that formed in late 2012. Jonathan Clowdus and David Blatnik began writing minimalist pop melodies together in Clowdus' basement in summer of 2012. Richard Long joined as the drummer a short while later, completing the current line-up. They began playing shows together around Portland and self-released their first single "After You" in July of 2013. Fake Nails continue to play live shows and have more releases planned for autumn of 2013.
