Eyelashes of Gina, henceforth to be known as EoG, came into being when lead singer Iana was spotted singing Bauhaus covers in a matinee idol style for her old band, Ethel Murphy. Her talent was striking and EoG simply had to have her. Before then Leah and Liz were struggling in an electro-pop duo - with only bass and drums at hand they had come to a crashing halt and needed new blood. They spotted Iana in Vegas, singing as support for Big Elvis at the Barbary Coast hotel and approached her offering fame
