Extra 3 is a German satire TV show that is being broadcasted in public television (in the "Erste" (the first German TV channel), to be specific). It is running since 1976 and the current moderator (as of the 03.03.2025) is Christian Ehring. It is broadcasted on 27 thursdays of the year. They sometimes make satire songs, using popular songs as base (p. ex. "Gangnam Style" by PSY is the base for their song "Ich find peng peng geil"), mainly about politics. The duration of one episode is 45 minutes.
