About Essex Blues Band
Blues guitarist John Edmonds and Vocalist Tosh Yates first met in the 60's when they were doing sessions for the BBC and playing the club scene in and around London. A chance meeting 25 years later has brought together a musical collaboration likely to appeal to blues fans of every generation. Edmonds guitar work is thoughtful and inventive taking time to insert twists into his tuneful solos rather than cramming each bar with pre-rehearsed scales played at 90mph.
