
Named by their friends from British rock band Family, Emily Muff were a folk duo comprising two young Americans based in London, United Kingdom: Kathy Bushnell and Janet Dourif. Coming together in 1968, they sang backing vocals for <ighty Baby and had a couple of TV appearances. They performed their final gig in December 1971 and never officially released anything. They did records a number of tracks in April 1972, one of which ('Pass The Night') appeared on a Cherry Red compilation of female folk in 2017.
