Following the demise of The Illuminati 3 in 2006, Earth To Mars was born. Starting out as a science-fiction / paranormal / occult-themed home-recording project, Pete Newberry took all the best bits of Devo and combined them with the best bits of Man Or Astroman?. Deciding to form the project into a live band, Pete enlisted the help of his sister, Kate, and together with Joe from Brighton spazz-metallers With Scissors, the band hit the road notching up a total of 3 UK tours before splitting up in 2009.
