Duchess of York thrives in Richmond, Virginia and consists of Michael York (vocals, lead guitar) Constantine Giavos (Drumkit) Jacob Shank (guitar) and Austin York (bass, backing vocals). Michael and Constantine were the founders of The Rising Sons, along with them was former bassist Daniel Macphee and former rhythm guitarist Beck York, Michael's cousin. After Macphee left, the sons tried another bassist out, and then went to Michaels older brother Austin.
