About Driven To Collision
Driven to Collision formed in Brighton, UK in 2002. Nigel Stringfellow (ex- pulaski swam / syrup - bassist) and Duncan Walters (vocals / guitars) had gigged under various guises (Sonatone, Slacker, The Method) before recruiting drummer Jan Alkema. Jan previously drummed in Compulsion and then China Drum, latterly known as The Drum. One of Slacker's earlier drummers was Tom White (The Electric Soft Parade/Brakes). When ESP released their single Things I’ve Done Before in 2003 the B-side was a song called Summer’s Slow Meander
