About Dream for an End
Dream for an End is a musical project created by its only member Kirk Smoot. It was spawned by Kirk's desire to create heavy music, which has stayed true since its birth in 2005. Starting out as a sort of Ambient Metal, Dream for an End has since grown into a blend of Metal, Hardcore, and Punk. Dream for an End has had a great deal of influences through out its time; which have included Incubus, The Chariot, Nile, Every Time I Die, The Blue Letter, Norma Jean, and The Red Chord.
