This group is currently composed of two teens Irvin (Vinny) and Jaime (Jimmy) from a poor neighborhood in East Los Angeles whose name was accidentally created by their friend Cristina. Irvin describes, "Oh the name? I got it from one of our friends because on day we were talking in our math class and she said 'I love drawing thunderbolts!' I at the time though she was referring to a new band or something because that's what we usually talked about in that class so I said 'Never heard of them before.
