Dorisio Isorelli ( Parma , 1544 - Rome , 1632 ) was an Italian composer . At a young age, and after his first musical studies, he went to Rome, where he spent his whole life. He composed the Lamentations of Holy Thursday , numerous madrigals and various lauds . Together with others he wrote the music and collaborated in the staging of " The representation of the soul and the body ", poetic-philosophical work / oratorio by E. Del Cavaliere. He belonged to the Congregation of the Oratory , founded by San Filippo Neri , as a lay brother.
