Djoon Am is the brainchild of Django El Siddig. The name derives from a playful translation of the persian word for "Darling" (joon am). Recording for "Djoon Am" was conducted entirely in Django El Siddig’s Los Angeles bedroom and features contributions from Anahita Far (vocalist), Ian Tongg (co-producer), Jordan Kauffman (clarinet), Billy Cave (mixing), family, and friends.
