DJ Shecrew consists of two college girls who like to mix fresh beats. They have experimented with mash-ups, but most of their work consists of layering songs. They had a brief falling out in February of 2007 when one of their members proposed calling their album "Hell Hath No Ratatat". The group has since worked past this brief point of contention and continues to make FIRE jamzzzz.
