DJ NISZCZYCIELSKI KACPEREK (also known as Niegrzeczny Elf Kacpir) is a polish acid techno musician. He was born in 1988 in Łódź, Poland. His musical career started after he got ejected from the studies in 2008. He wanted to express his frustration - that was the time he made his first several songs. Although his older music contains much napierdalanie and is described as mozgojebne, his newest recordings are more calm and closer to disco-polo than to acid techno.
