bigtunes is the outlet for creative ramblings and expression of the mind of dj dave bass. Ever since being touched by Afrika Bambaata´s PLANET ROCK, Dave has been addicted to electronic music. It was almost impossible to get anything besides reggae in his native Jamaica at that time. This changed the moment he moved to Munich in 1982. DAF, KRAFTWERK, DEPECHE MODE, SOFT CELL and all the other synth pop bands of that era led to fanatic collecting of vinyl.
