
The product of a hermetic cave-dweller, Divide This Land began in a dusty smoke-filled enclosure off the side of a volcano with a handful of ideas yet no more than a guitar. The first demo was put together using scraps of linen, molten lava and re-used pieces of scotch tape (quite literally) and was released exclusively over the internet in early 2007. The recording is widely considered as garbage. The final days of 2007 would see the volcano begin erupting non-stop
