About DISTORBITA
Rock-electronica band formed in New York City. The band was formed in 2009 after their mentors, the brothers Esteban and Miguel Mendez, were part of different bands like Diesel Blues Band and Rocadisco on the local scene. Their influences of new wave, electro-pop, and post-punk, make Distorbita a single band, and the first of its kind in spanish from New York. Deep melodies from the composition marked with synthesizers as the main element, emphasizing the power guitar rock over beats that range between pop and classic rock.
