About Die Emergency
Die Emergency started out in late 2006 after Simon Marks (ex Lucida Console) had spent some time away from bands after his decision to break away from 'The Lucida Console'. After a very brief phone call to Kevin McGonnell (ex...robots) the decision was made to get into the rehearsal space and start writing as soon as possible. A few months would go by while Kevin would relentlessly harass his former band mate Samuel Francis (ex...robots/Send More Paramedics) to come and play bass.
