About Di Galitzyaner Klezmorim
The band is formed by graduates of the Academy of Music in Kraków: Mariola Śpiewak (clarinet), Grzegorz Śpiewak (accordion), Rafał Seweryniak (double bass). They have performed since 1998, inspired by Jewish music. Although their style is within broad confines of Klezmer style, they are not a typical Klezmer band. Their compositions, some of which are their own songs, are of artistic rather than folk nature. Sound, precision and technique are especially important for the artists.
