Conceived late one night in Brighton’s ever-pregnant musical underbelly, Derriere delivers a playfully raunchy mix of jumpin’ rhythm n blues, old school rock and roll, vintage soul and rockabilly. Derriere is the sound of the devastating double bass playing of Blood Sugar Hill and wailing blues guitar of T Bone LeRhone. The formidable horn section features the thundering trombone of Gram Canyon, and reed bending saxophonist Helleanor Webb, blowing as if their lives depended upon it.
