About Delsey Hill
Delsey Hill is a French, Cherbourg-based progressive pop duo composed of Lucas de la Rosa and Gabriel Chesnet. They started working together on their debut album Velveteen in late 2016, for a release on July 27th, 2018. The combination of a theory-heavy sound engineer and a jack-of-all-trades goofball creates a progressive alt-pop duo with retro influences, picking and taking from a wide array of sounds and experimenting with eclectic styles or soundscaping, from textbook shoegaze to electronic music.
