Deirdre and Conor are an indie folk pop duo. Members were Deirdre Kelly and Conor Loughridge, who first collaborated in the Hyde Park (Chicago) music scene around First Coat. Deirdre plays cello, Conor plays ukulele or guitar, and both sing. Their songs tend to be about domesticity and love, featuring science metaphors and other quirky imagery. Based in Philadelphia from 2008-2011, they are now based in the Bay Area. Their Facebook page shows most recent activity was in 2012.
