About Decadence Point
Formed in 2007 in Memphis, TN, DECADENCE POINT is a hard rock/metal band featuring loud, aggressive music without foregoing the importance of maintaining a melodic sense. Their music offers hard driving guitars, bone crushing beats, and meaningful lyrics, with a sound that has been compared to the likes of Disturbed & Godsmack. In late 2006, with intentions of re-joining the local Memphis rock scene, former REVOLT front man David Wylz was introduced to local guitarist Scott Dotson.
