Lancaster based band Death In Public formed in 2006 and split in late 2008. In their short career, they have been compared to the likes of Mogwai , My Bloody Valentine , Sonic Youth , Queens Of The Stone Age and Bloc Party to name but a few. The band released 3 singles and an EP, with their last single 'Biometrics' (released 17.12.07) receiving airplay on BBC Radio 1 from Steve Lamacq. www.myspace.com/deathinpublicmusic.
