Death City Boyz from Hell's Kitchen New york city and the upper eastside formed in the year of 1984 recorded the Bopsey Twins for Snowflake records produced by Tony Torres and Stephen Korlus. After DCB split up two of the groups members Fareed Aballah and Andrew Welsh Formed the group Spirit Matter and had a radio hit on Power 96 in miami called "Crimes Of Passion" on Tropical Heat Records produced by Tommy Musto & Frankie Bones who did the Mix on The Bopsey Twins and went on to be a legend in the Techno Scene.
