About DEADWEIGHT EXPRESS
DEADWEIGHT EXPRESS ~ Brisbane Deadweight express are a Brisbane based 2 piece hillbilly/stoner blues rock band consisting of drums, guitar(sometimes cigar box guitar) and vocals. Even though there is only 2 of them they pride themselves on delivering as much power as a 3 or 4 piece. What started as an idea in late 2011 to be a mellow cigar box blues duo soon changed when vocalist/guitarist sonny ingledew inlisted the percussion talents of calvin Edward (a high energy hard hitting fireball).
