About Dead Girl in the Water
Formerly known as Brother Murphy, Dead Girl in the Water were active in North Kent at the turn of the millennium dishing up distillation of the post-hardcore and nu metal sounds of the day. The duel vocal attack of Chopper and Strinny was unique in the scene and the band played a handful of shows in North Kent in 2000 and 2001. Following the abandonment of the band in 2001, members went on to separately form Sons of Alpha Centauri, Allfather and Siderian.
