Scottish born but based in Somerset, David A Gilmour plays guitar, bass, keyboards and drums. By the way, he also sings, writes and records his own material, as well as performing his own arrangements of other writer's songs. As a songwriter, he has reached the semifinals of the prestigious UK Songwriting Contest 3 times. This year's semi final song was "Driving down the road" His current solo album "The Sands of Berrow (and other places)" is available on CD from Gilden Records. Price £9.99 inc UK postage.
