About Danny Trashville
Danny Trashville is one of the best new artists to emerge from the "red dirt" music scene. Or as we at UIM call it, "ya'll-ternative (yes, it's an acceptable spelling of this made up word)! Danny was born in central Oklahoma's red dirt country, not far from where it all began with Bob Childers, considered by many to be the father of red dirt music. Danny has drawn some of the same comparisons to artist like Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie. Add in a little Steve Earle and Roger Miller and you can get close to the Trashville style.
