About Danny Sherrard
Danny Sherrard is a performing poet. He was born in Seattle, Washington on August 29, 1985. In August 2007 he won the Individual National Poetry Slam competition, becoming the youngest competitor to win such a title. In 2008 Sherrard won France's Poetry World Cup where he competed against national champions from 15 countries.[1] Sherrard has been on two Seattle poetry slam teams (2007, 2008) and is currently on the 2009 HawaiiSlam team.
