
Danny Cox (born Daniel Cox Jr. in Cincinnati, Ohio, on 18 July 1943; died 7 March 2025) was an American folk-blues (and sometime soul-funk) singer and songwriter remembered for his 1974 LP album "Feel So Good". Moving to Kansas City, Kansas, in 1967, as a youth Cox sang in a church choir together with Rudolph Iseley, and in the 1960s he started his professional career performing on a Hootennany Folk Tour. Cox recorded albums for ABC Dunhill, Casablanca, MGM, and others.
