From across the north-west of England, five young men joined together to create some of the most colourful and playful noise to come out of the often neglected valleys of the post-punk, pre-indie scene. Two long players and they were done - Jinx's Truck and Puppy Shrine, alongside a Peel session that led JP to say that, "amid the dross of modern music there is always a pearl." A legendary live band, the song 'Speed Trials' was certainly their best and would have/should have been a great single had anyone thought to release it.
