Sterling Bell who goes by the stage name Damian Baxter began rapping in 2001 with friends but began to take it serious in 2007. He hooked up with Frantz Verna, who has mixed music for many greats in the industry such as Joe, Backstreet Boys, NSYNC and Teddy Riley. Frantz led him to purchase a keyboard to enhance his producing skills and produce better sounding music. In 2007 Damian was contacted through his wife by an artist manager by the name of Kip Johnson.
