About Dale Barlow

Dale Barlow (b. Sydney, Australia, December 25, 1959) is an Australian jazz composer, tenor and soprano saxophonist most noteworthy for his work with Sonny Stitt, Art Blakey, Richie Cole, Cedar Walton, Indra Lesmana and Billy Higgins. Barlow schooled at the New South Wales Conservatorium and in 1979 played the Monterey Jazz Festival with an Australian band.
