Daevid Allen is a musician of the mid 1960s, Canterbury, progressive rock band The Soft Machine as well as the psychedelic jazz fusion band Gong, along with it’s various incarnations such as Mother Gong and New York Gong. kRaMeR is a singer/songwriter, producer and former owner of the indie record label Shimmy Disc, later transformed into Second Shimmy. He was in the early 1980s post-punk bands Shockabilly and B.A.L. L as well as the performance art-rock band Bongwater with lyricist,singer/songwriter and actress Ann Magnuson.
