About dadao trio
The story of Dadao Trio started early 2003 as Juha Sarkkola started writing some delta bluesy riffs on his acoustic guitar. Inspired by artists such as Ani DiFranco and John Butler it was clear he wanted a band around him. Tiainen was an obvious choice since Juha and him had been to a couple of jams together in high school. They'd clicked funkwise beyond all description. Ukri joined in soon after that. Juha asked the then dreadlocked hairball if he knew any bassplayers with massive bollocks to which he replied " i, me and myself".
