D PAC will present his thoughts to save the culture that happens to be itself at a crossroads. The goal is to bring in vocal-driven rapping by minimizing rap’s materialism and glorification of violence. D PAC will inspire and aspire people to use HIP-HOP as an effective therapeutic tool.
