DAWN was created in 1991 Tucson, AZ. Phil Stairs the creator started writing songs in 1989 while in college John Brown University in Siloam Springs AR. He met up with Mark Baker who played bass and got him fired up to start recording the songs in 1991 while working at the radio station KGMS 97.1 FM. The first song was recorded by Mike Wozniak on his 12 track setup. The first song recorded was "Fight!" using a drum machine and midi setup. We continued to record the rest of the album throughout the early 90's.
