Crazy Diamond is a group of four young Norwegians, playing an experimental type of classic rock, strongly influenced by the '70s, mixed with several other various elements. The band was formed in 2005 by Hallvard Gaardlos, Øyvind Hovde og Kristian Herheim. The band today, consists of Oyvind Hovde (guitar and vocals), Petter Andersen (guitar and vocals), Hallvard Gaardlos (bass and backings vocals) and Leif Rolijordet (drums and keyboards).
