About Constantin Gherghina
Born in the village Gornenţi in Mehedinţi, the west of Oltenia in Romania, in 1945. He started playing flugel horn with the village musicians then went to study at Timişoara music school, continuing at the Bucareşti conservatoire, then working in the Broadcasting orchestra.
