About Companhia Giz de Cena
The Giz de Cena Company is a nucleus of research and creation in scenic dance for children. Our proposal is to work from the universe of the child (jokes, songs, games, stories) and create shows where dance dialogue with other artistic languages (music, visual arts and clown). We began our activities with the first performances of the "LEVADAS DA BRECA dançadeiras para crianças", which would give rise to the show "Levadas da Breca" (2005). This first work developed from the dialogue of dance with live music.
