Even before the formation of the band its members have been friends for a long time. Each of them already had experience in different styles of music through various projects and on stage. The idea to create the Cobblestones arose from countless jam-sessions in which it soon was clear that out of a huge repertoire folk was the most fun. The special atmosphere and a bit of wanderlust which naturally comes from that music just perfectly fit into the way of life the members of the band prefer.
