About Cluricauns
In the nine years of their existence the Cluricauns have covered a lot of ground. In the beginning days the group drew their inspiration from folkrock in the style of The Levellers and The Waterboys. Even though echoes of these bands are still resounding, the Cluricauns have developed a sound of their own. The band’s trademark are catchy and uplifting tunes. Although accordeon and tin whistle provide a traditional touch, influences of rock and jazz are also present.
