Early 2009 Cliff Clavin recorded the album ‘The Thief’s Manual’ at the Tankurinn Studio in Flateyri. In August the band released the single ‘Midnight Getaways’. The song reached number one in the X-ID radio charts and remained there for 3 weeks, going onto be the second most played song of 2009. The band received further attention and were seen on the cover of the biggest music supplement in Iceland, along with live performances of the single on TV and the video being played constantly on music channels.
