About Claire Brua
The mezzo-soprano Claire Brua began her studies at the Nice Conservatoire, while also reading for a master’s degree in literature. She completed her training with Lorraine Nubar, Gundula Janowitz and Margeet Honig. She took a first prize at the Paris Conservatoire under William Christie and has appeared internationally with Les arts florissants, notably as Dido in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneasat the Bastille and in Rome. She worked in the opera school
