
Chuck Hoffman, born 1975 in Lancaster, WI, is an indie-rock/experimental musician based in Iowa. Like most musicians, Chuck Hoffman got started in his teen years. However, rather than seek attention from record labels or through constant touring, inspired by both the lo-fi movement in indie rock and the noisecore tape-label scene, Hoffman began self-releasing music on cassette around 1994 under the name Flight Attendants In 1995, Hoffman formed the band No Consensus with Joe Riehle
