Chuck Deely (Charles Edward Deely III, Detroit, MI, USA, February 10, 1954 - The Hague, January 9, 2017) was an American singer, songwriter, guitarist and street musician in The Hague, The Netherlands. Deely grew up in Detroit and learned to play guitar when he was thirteen. In 1973 Deely joined the US Army and ended up at an army base in Germany. There he played in several bands and met his first wife, whom he married in Copenhagen, Denmark. The marriage lasted five years.
