About Chateau de la Maladie
Chateau de la Maladie is a musical project working in the realms of lo-fi rock, noise, pop, psychedelia,and (so called) idm. Its core members, Micheal Carroll (bass, guitar, percussion, synth) and Michael Finger (electronics, percussion, synth, voice) take a spontaneous and primitive approach to "composing" and recording. Our work ranges from loosely structured textural pieces to fairly straight forward songs. We began working together in the summer of 2005 amid a storm of cicadas and confusion.
