About Central Deli Band
Central Deli Band were a dance rock band born out of Whyalla, South Australia in early 2004 by locals Matthew Hayward and Luke Eygenraam (both vocals, guitar and sampling). After being discovered as part of a regional music initiative through Carclew Youth Arts, CDB were asked to play the local produce stage of the 2005 Big Day Out. Known for their outrageous and often confrontational antics live, they were soon supporting and touring with notable groups such as The Avalanches (on their last live national tour)
